Deposits: Reservations require a deposit equal to one night's rental rate per room for multiple night stays and 50% of room rate for a one night stay. Cancellation Policy: A two-week notice before your scheduled arrival date for cancellations is required. $25.00 administration fee per room applies to all cancellations but can be applied to a future stay within one year. If you cancel your reservation prior to two weeks in advance, we will quickly return the refundable portion of your deposit or credit you the amount for your next visit. If cancellation is made within two weeks of arrival, deposit is retained as a cancellation fee and the full room rate for each day reserved can be charged to you if re-booking is not possible. Shortened stays are treated as a cancellation and require the same notice. Shortened stays at or after check-in are non-refundable. Group Reservation and Cancellation Policy: Any group reserving three or more rooms will be charged 50% of the entire stay at the time of booking. Payment in full is due 45 days prior to reservation date. All group reservation deposits are non-refundable. All groups booking within 45 days of arrival date must pay in full at time of booking. Check-in/Check-out: Check-in time is between 3:00 and 6:00 pm, but can be flexible with prior arrangements. Check-out is by 11:00 am. The Iron Gate Inn is a non-smoking facility. According to Utah State Law, smoking is not allowed inside or within 25 feet of all public buildings. Children & Pets We welcome children who are well supervised by parents and show respect for our home and our other guests. The Iron Gate Inn is not child-proof, therefore we ask that we are advised in advance of guests under age 10. If you will be bringing small children, we can help you choose rooms within the house or in our suite that do not transfer noise easily so you can relax and have a great time with your family. The inn currently cannot take pets. Pet boarding and "doggie spas" are available in Cedar City.
